User Login & Account Setting

How do I register?
Go to My Account or User Login menu, then type your email id and valid mobile number, hit the Click here to Send OTP button, then Enter CODE, press Register Button. A password will be sent to your email address for User Login.
How do I Login?
Go to My Account or User Login menu, then type your email id and password. Hit Login button. If you want to login with your registered mobile number, then type your mobile number and hit Login with OTP Button.
How do I change my Password?
Go to My Account or User Login menu, Login to your account, then click Account Details button. Type your new password & confirm new password. Then click Save Changes button
How do I change my Address?
Login to your account, then click Addresses button. Click Edit for change your Billing Address and Shipping address. N.B. - Updating an address in Your Account won't change the shipping address on any open orders. The shipping address of your first Rational Photographics order is automatically chosen as the default address of your account, unless you manually select another default address. When you use the Add to cart button to place an order, the default address will automatically be chosen as the shipping address for that order.
How do I view My Bills or Order?
Go to My Account or User Login menu, Login to your account, then click Order button. You will see all your orders (Order Number, Order date, Current Status, Order amount, Number of Items).
Is it necessary to have an account to shop on Rational Photographics?
Yes, it's necessary to log into your Rational Photographics account to shop. Shopping as a logged-in user is fast & convenient and also provides extra security. You'll have access to a personalized shopping experience including recommendations and quicker check-out. Customer can create an account during checkout also.
What should I do if I forget my password or my password does not work?
Click on ‘My Account’ on the top right side of the Rational Photographics homepage. Click on the Lost your Password link displayed on the page.

Which courier company will deliver my order?
For a smooth & reliable delivery of your orders, we have tied up with a number of trustworthy delivery partners. Once your order is dispatched, you will be informed about the shipping details via E-mail/SMS. Unfortunately, we do not offer the option to choose your preferred delivery partner. However, we will inform you when such services are rolled out in future.
If I add products in my wish list, will it expire after few days?
Yes, definitely! You can save the products you like in your wishlist for future purchase so that you do not waste time searching for them later. Please note that the price and availability of products remain subject to change. Your Wishlist serves only to remind you of products that you want to buy.
Would my RP account be deactivated if I do not shop for 6 months?
No. Your Rational Photographics account does not have an expiration date. You can shop on our site anytime and discover exciting product offers.
Are there any registration charges for creating an account on Rational Photographics?
No, there are no registration charges applicable for creating an account with us. It is absolutely free of cost.
What happens if I’m out when you deliver?
The delivery person will call you before delivering the order. The package can be left at the neighbor or the watchmen (If you confirm with your registered mobile number). If in case any of the above mentioned isn’t possible your package will be taken back to the courier facility and delivery will be attempted again within next 2 working days.
What are the delivery charges?
We charge a nominal fixed fee for orders across India. Shipping charges will be added to your final price while placing an order.
Can I cancel my order?
We do not accept the order cancellation request once your order has been processed. In case delivery is attempted, we request you to deny acceptance if you do not wish to keep the product.
Can I change my order?
You can change your order anytime before checkout, but once you have placed an order it cannot be changed.
My order is delayed more than 7 days. Why is that?
Due to unforeseen circumstances, natural calamity, unexpected situation, floods, hurricanes, tornadoes, volcanic eruptions, earthquakes, tsunamis, storms, and other geologic processes, CVID-19 it is possible that your order gets delayed. Rational Photographics will send you an E-mail/SMS informing you about the delay along with the new expected delivery date. Visit the Track Order page in your account and click on Track to get real time status of your order.
How are items packaged?
Products sold by Rational Photographics are shipped in packages with waterproof plastic bubble wrapper. Fragile items are always safely secured with bubble wrap.
What does ‘Sold Out’ mean?
An item is marked as 'Sold Out' when it is not available in our store at the moment; you won't be able to buy it now. Mail us for sold out item, Rational Photographics inform you once it's available.
How can I track my order?
Click on Track Order menu or Track Order button, enter your AWB in the box and press the “Track” button. AWB was given to you in the confirmation email you should have received.

Payments & Warranty

My transaction failed but the money was deducted from my account. What should I do?
We regret the inconvenience caused. Please fill in our Contact Us form available under the Any Other Query section with your transaction details and we will look into it immediately. If your money has not reached us, it will surely be refunded back to your account.
How many cards can I save on Rational Photographics?
You can save multiple card details in your account on rationalphotographics.com. During payment process, you will be given a choice to choose from the saved cards to make a payment. You can also choose to enter details of a new card to proceed with the payment.
What information does Rational Photographics store when I save my card?
We store only the card number, the cardholder name and the card expiry date. We do not store the CVV number or the 3D secure password. Even for a saved card, you need to enter your CVV number for every transaction, thereby keeping the control with you.
What are payment options provided?
We accept all types of Credit Card,  Debit Card, Net Banking, Wallet, Phone Pe, UPI, BHIM, Google Pay, NEFT, Bank Transfer. There is no Cash on Delivery option in our store.
Are there any hidden charges when I shop on Rational Photographics?
There are NO hidden charges when you shop on Rational Photographics. The price you see on the product page is final and it's exactly what you pay. Note: There can be additional delivery charges based on your location.
