You cannot refuse delivery and return the ordered item back to us without taking delivery and inspecting the product. Our courier partner take two attempts (they have a normal practice to call in case of non delivery in the first attempt) to deliver your product, due to non availability or incorrect address, then Rational Photographics will not be delivered back to you and you will have to collect the same from local courier office with a valid address proof / document.
If you are not satisfied with our product , then you can return that product (which you received from us) to our store address within 3-5 days, and inform us by write a mail (*attach your purchase invoice), we will supply a replacement, pending inspection and approval.
Eligibility Conditions for Return an Item
- Product must be in new / unused condition
- Product does not work
- Received wrong product
- Received damage / used product
- Missing any parts of ordered items
- If there is a manufacturing defect
Exchange should be raised with us via Email within 2-3 days of receipt of the Rational Photographics mentioning the order number, picture of the all side view of the product and your complaint. Please note that the invoice is mandatory to place an request for exchange. The invoice is to be sent along with the product requested to exchange. On receiving the product, we will inspect the and if there is a discrepancy, a new product will be shipped back to you immediately. Please allow us 3-5 business days for mail-in exchanges to be processed.
Exchange for products purchased via promotional activities such as Sale, Coupons etc will not be exchange. In case the same product is not available with us in the inventory we will offer you other product which are available & we request your cooperation for the same.
In case of an exchange if Rational Photographics is not able to arrange for a pick up from the customer’s address due to not availability of a courier service / customer , then the customer is liable to send out the item back to us along with the printed invoice of the order.
There is no refund option in our store, we apologize for that. We only do exchange / replacement / service only.
After confirmation of order and receipt of payment, cancellation will not be entertained.
Rational Photographics will not be entertained for change of the product one the purchase has been made. Only replace / exchange the item for you if you have received a wrong or defective item. Defective items may be repaired, exchanged at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer’s equivalent model depending on the case of availability.
