Governing Law
This Policy is governed by the laws of India. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Calcutta in any dispute relating to this Policy.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Any dispute,controversy or claim arising under, out of or relating to the sale and sale agreement, including interpretation, performance, breach of performance, shall be subjected to the exclusive jurisdiction of City Civil Court, Calcutta for redressal of grievances of either parties. No dispute, controversy or claim arising out of post sale service will be entertained by the seller; since the manufacturer is liable to provide all sorts of post sale services as covered under the terms and conditions of warranty.
